The Mechanical Engineering staff has experience and training in Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), energy conservation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning design (HVAC), plumbing design, and energy analysis. Our mechanical engineers have a wide range of experience in mechanical design, from housing authority renovations to manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. On projects that have included freezers and coolers, they have experience in designing below slab ventilation systems to prevent frost heave and interstitial space ventilation to prevent condensation on freezer ceilings.
