Many years of experience in industrial design gives our staff the ability to draw upon a broad knowledge base for innovative and dependable design solutions for diverse programmatic requirements. Our architects design the overall layout and visuals of a building by integrating various disciplines and coordinating code and permitting requirements. Each project involving the development of building plans and specifications is reviewed for programming adequacy by a member of the Architectural Department.

The Department prepares all plans and specifications for buildings required by the project program. Bid documents and general conditions are reviewed and prepared, and the staff members involved in the selection and specification of these are then charged with the responsibility for construction contract administration services.
