Carlisle Associate’s architectural team designed a new 100,000-square-foot facility for Horton Holdings in Oconee County, SC. Horton Holdings is a premium provider of engine cooling solutions and continues to serve manufacturers of trucks, buses, and off-road equipment. The company operates more than 15 facilities worldwide and has a global network of more than 900 distribution locations.

The new building in Oconee County is a loadbearing pre-cast structure with insulated metal siding on the expansion wall. It is designed to house an office, fabrication area, and assembly areas. Other associated spaces include areas for receiving metal sheets, stamping die tables, injection molding, e-coating, powder coating, assembly of fans and other motor components, and shipping.
