Engineered Foam Packaging (EFP) expanded to their first operations South Carolina where they will design and manufacture protective packaging and cold chain solutions. The 117,000 SF building was designed for both manufacturing and distribution. With construction completed in 2023, this facility brought 53 new jobs to Lee County.
